Since our front yard does not accommodate the initial big lifting machine for the bought tiles, the Manager, Besart and assistant Cody came another day purposely to transport the bought tiles and placed them boxes by boxes at the right place. We are their return customers. We had bought outdoor tiles from MTM earlier this year. We had searched for outdoor tiles at 10s of tile shops, but we finally settled with smooth grip tiles from MTM. These tiles were not available anywhere except MTM. That time Cody had helped us with his amazing customer service. Today we received our final consignment of Vanities, basins and toilets. This time around we were served by Presley, who is such a patient person with excellent communication. She helped me a lot. Finally, I would like to appreciate Besarth's amazing customer service. He has gone above and beyond to get answers from suppliers. He personally delivered our vanities and stone tops, free of charge, as the delivery to their warehouse, from their principal supplier got delayed. Thank you Cody, Presley and Besarth!

Amazing team at MTM Girraween where we bought all our bath tiles and toilets. We recently had some trouble with 1/3 toilets and their Sales Manager - Mr. Besart was so quick to establish contact with the supplier and resolve the problem completely. Will definitely go back!

Even after waiting almost 3 months for a replacement vanity team (not My tile markets fault), I am very much pleased and have to say that Besart went above and beyond in his service to ensure that the item was replaced.
Besart is an excellent representative of the company and is very good at his job. His customer service is exceptional.
I wanted to thank the team, making special note of the excellent customer service both William and Besart have shown.

Purchased external floor tiles for a Lane Cove courtyard project and urgently needed 16 extra tiles for my builder who was onsite to install. Note the Girraween branch has a new policy of closing the warehouse at 4pm. Fortunately William the Manager was able to organise things so I could pickup the next day. Thanks so much William for going above and beyond. The tiles look beautiful and walking across these tiles during the hottest part of the day you can feel their coolness in your feet. It has a noticeable effect on the temp inside my home. V grateful and would highly recommend their super customer support
