Really unhelpful service from the gentleman upstairs. Didn’t want to help at all and was more concerned about his phone/computer. I asked if there were different colours of the samples as I couldn’t see a colour I liked and he said yes there were but refused to tell me the colours or show me anything online. Truly bizarre. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Firstly, I would like to say that the lady upstairs in the showroom is fantastic. However, should she not be there the service is one of the poorest I have ever had. Having already purchased tiles I returned to look at the grout selection next to my tile. Gentlemen would not assist or help get the tiles out that I selected. Your responses to previous reviews about poor service say your service is important, perhaps this time you could actually implement some improvement. Will not return to purchase tiles again and not recommend to friends or family.

recently purchased 3 drain covers from this shop based on advice I was given, as I’m not a plumber or builder myself. When I brought the item to the builder, I was told it was incorrect. I returned it as soon as I could with rain delays and small kids at home and attempting to managed this project alone only to be told by a very rude salesman that it was my fault and they would not offer a refund. I explained I was unsure a shad never bought hardware or renovated in my life

My frustration is that the item is still on the shelf – right at the counter. it's not a custom order, not cut to size, and definitely not discontinued. It’s a standard, off-the-shelf product, yet they refused to take it back . After 5 minutes of the salesman giving me a life lesson on making bad mistakes I was offered 30% back, which makes no sense, as that’s an omission can simply resell the product at full price.

Now I’m stuck with 3 drain covers I can't use but they are happy to take back and resell at full price on the shelf at the counter . I would have understood if it was a special order, but this felt like poor customer support and an unfair policy. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend them to others.

We always do our best to be accommodating with returns; however, in this case, the request was made more than 30 days after the purchase. As per our store policy, returns beyond this period cannot be processed as a full refund. To assist, we offered to accept the products back with a 30% restocking fee to cover handling costs. Since the payment was made via EFT, we also explained that the refund would be returned through the same method and may take a few business days to process.

We understand how challenging renovations can be, especially when managing everything on your own, and we’re truly sorry this added extra stress. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The stairs are steep and dark with no lighting - amazing it is allowed from a safety viewpoint! As to service - there was none. One unhelpful person behind the desk who made no attempt to help.

After visiting a number of places to source items for 2 new bathrooms, it was refreshing to receive guidance and direction from Diane at Brookvale MTM. She took the time to understand my taste and was able to recommend the right tile which helped to determine my other choices. She also patiently took me through options when I changed my mind.
MTM already had the tapware brand I wanted so it was an easy next step to coordinate most of the bathroomware from this store. Diane was also able to arrange the vanities, and have them customised for my choice of countertop.
Building is a stressful experience and I am thankful to Diane for all her help in making this process easier. Needless to say, the new bathrooms look great!

So unhelpful. No customer service. Was recommended this tiling place and was so disappointed. Went in at approx. 2:35pm on a Saturday was told showroom was closed. That was that! Showroom closed at 2:39pm. Website said it closes at 3pm.

Went in a few weeks ago to do a whole house selection for our new build and was greeted by Dianne. Shes fantastic to deal with, she gave us great advice with our tile selection. With so much to choose from and so many different ideas my partner and I had, she gave us all the time we needed and had all the patience in the world for us! We just received the delivery today and everything went as smooth as possible!
Di even rang us to make sure all went well and that we were content with the delivery!
Great delivery team who were more than happy to help place it in the best spot for the builder and tiler come Monday.
Would recommend this store to everyone I come across who's doing a small Reno to a complete new build.
Thanks again Di. You've made such an anxious task for my partner and I so seamless and easy. Can't wait to send the finished product!

Visited the showroom twice today. First visit we weren’t greeted with even a smile, let alone a good morning can we help you? Didn’t bother us, we had a good look around and found some tiles we liked. Took photos.

We then visited Beaumont Tiles and H&G Tiles close by, both had excellent service and assisted us with questions and samples.

Second visit, we came back to ask if we could buy a sample and knew the exact tile, as I had taken a photo from the previous visit. Asked if they could help us, it had just gone 2:30 and they just turned the lights off. Explained we would just be a minute, we knew exactly what we wanted. The lady didn’t say a word and just ignored us.

I asked a second time, “Does anyone want to help us? We would be very quick. The gentleman said they do samples but the showroom is closed. The showroom lady just looked away.

We walked out and drove off 2:36pm

We won’t be returning to this business.

Ended up returning to H&G and showed them the photo of the tile, they ordered in a sample for us!!!

Did not have the range I was expecting and then when I did make a choice, the sample I was given appeared different to one on display. It was explained that sample was more accurate so had to cancel order. They were very good about refund though.
