Courier / Transport Delivery
      • Full delivery address required (no PO Boxes or Australia Post locations).
      • Dispatch: Stock items 2–5 business days | Non-stock items 5–7 business days.
      • Estimated Delivery:
        • Sydney Metro: 3–5 business days
        • NSW Regional: 5–10 business days
        • Interstate Metro: 5–9 business days
        • Interstate Regional: 7–15 business days

🚚 Sydney Local Delivery Fee Guideline – By My Tile Market’s Trucks (Delivery Option B)

 

To provide the most accurate delivery cost, our fees are calculated based on the distance from our Roselands Warehouse.

We strive to offer a reliable, safe, and efficient delivery service tailored to your requirements.

 

Delivery Price Structure

All tile deliveries include a Manitou / Crane service due to the heavy weight of the items.

Delivery charges are calculated based on distance from the warehouse and number of pallets per order.

without prior notice,

📌 Important Notes

 

1. Delivery Origin

All delivery distances are calculated from our Roselands Warehouse. Please ensure the address provided is accurate to avoid additional fees or delays.

2. Our Fleet

  • 12T VOLVO: Equipped with Manitou forklift for heavy pallets and large loads.
  • 10T ISUZU: Equipped with crane for precise offloading in tight spaces.
  • 2T HINO TIPPER: Ideal for small loose tiles (<5 boxes / 5–10m²). Manual offloading required for non-palletized items.

3. Access Requirements

  • Crane or Manitou deliveries require wide access.
  • Residential driveways must be accessible for large vehicles.
  • Narrow streets or small driveways may require third-party crane trucks.

4. Manual Offloading (2T HINO TIPPER)

  • The driver will only deliver to the site.
  • Customers are responsible for providing labor to manually offload items.
  • Suitable for small orders or non-palletized products.

5. Alternative Transport

  • During periods of high demand or if our fleet is fully booked, we may use trusted third-party transport services.
  • Fees for third-party transport may differ from our standard schedule.
  • We ensure that all third-party providers meet our standards for safety and reliability.

 

📄 Delivery Terms and Conditions

 

Delivery Address

  • Correct and complete address must be provided at the time of order.
  • Incorrect addresses will incur re-delivery fees.

Estimated Delivery

  • Estimated delivery date and time are provided for planning purposes.
  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations are accepted up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery.
  • A 30% handling fee applies for changes made after this period.

Delayed or Missing Delivery

  • Customers must notify My Tile Market if the order is not received on time.
  • We will liaise with drivers to ensure delivery is completed as soon as possible.

Inspection and Signing

  • Customers should check the delivery docket for items, batch numbers, and condition of tiles before signing.
  • Any defects must be reported to the driver immediately for prompt resolution.

On-Site Operation Time

  • Delivery includes 1 hour of unloading/operation time.
  • Additional time incurred will be charged at $50 per 30 minutes.

Liability

  • My Tile Market is not responsible for loss or damage to items after delivery.
  • Delivery will be conducted under the assumption of inherent risks.

 

⚠️ Assumption of Risk, Release, and Hold Harmless Agreement

Delivery of tiles and materials involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to:

  • Cracked driveways or structural damage.
  • Damage to grass, lawns, plants, flowers, or landscaping.
  • Other property damage caused by vehicle weight, height, or width.
  • Discolouration or skid marks due to slippery conditions, inclines, or declines.
  • Inconvenience caused by delivery to a location other than specified.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Any damage or costs resulting from a vehicle becoming bogged due to site conditions or customer directions are the customer’s responsibility, including towing or removal of the vehicle.
  • Violations of road regulations during delivery are prohibited.
  • Drivers reserve the right to refuse any request outside the standard delivery scope.
  • Aggressive or abusive behavior towards drivers or operators will not be tolerated. Customers will be liable for any penalties arising from such actions.
